 EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES:

At Hearing Aids Depot we offer a fast personalization service worldwide with most orders - including bespoke customized products.

FREE SHIPPING: All orders get free shipping

SHIPPING TIME

Handling Time: 1-2 business days

Transit Time: For countries and regions we can deliver to, the referenced transit time is 2-8 business days. 

Order cut off Time: 5:00 pm (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)

We will ship orders by UPS, USPS, DHL and YunExpress.

We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.

CONVENIENT CLICK & COLLECT OPTION

Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location.

These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.
Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.

TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at support@hearingaidsdepot.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.

When you are ready to sign for the package, and find that the package is broken. please take some pictures to prove that first. and contact us, then please refuse the package.

CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID

All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.

FULL INSURANCE

Hearing Aids Depot insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and Hearing Aids Depot no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
